Clinical support that moves the work forward.
SCOPE starts with the work already in front of the provider, reviews the available information and clarifies what needs to happen next.
Care-plan creation and clinical review
Create, review or update care plans around the person’s current needs, risks and supports.
Comprehensive RN assessments
Bring the findings together to understand the person’s current clinical situation.
Clinical auditing and compliance
Review clinical documentation, identify gaps and organise practical priorities for action.
Training and competency oversight
Keep requirements, evidence, expiries and outstanding actions visible and current.
Additional RN capacity
Practical clinical support for defined projects, backlogs and periods of stretched capacity.
One piece of work can involve several areas.
An assessment can inform a care plan. An audit can lead to corrective work. Training oversight can connect evidence, renewals and follow-up. The scope brings the relevant work together.
A few practical questions.
What to expect when bringing clinical work to SCOPE.
What can I bring to an introductory conversation?
Start with the work that needs attention: a care plan, an assessment, a review backlog, an audit finding, training evidence or stretched RN capacity. Outline the work at a provider level; clinical records can be considered through an agreed intake process.
Can SCOPE review an existing care plan?
Yes. SCOPE can review and update an existing plan when needs, risks or supports change. Care Plan Review & Update includes Joe plus senior RN review, with the review arrangement agreed in scope.
Does training oversight include arranging courses?
Yes. SCOPE can coordinate courses or staff training days and organise renewal activity before requirements expire, alongside evidence tracking and competency follow-up.
How is the work priced?
Defined clinical work can use tiered fixed or unit pricing. Flexible RN support can use hourly pricing, and projects can use scoped quotes. Inputs, volume, outputs and scope need to be understood before a price is agreed.
Who retains governance responsibility?
The provider retains its governance and regulatory responsibilities. SCOPE supports agreed clinical work, documentation, review and follow-through within scope and competence.
